How can we get you your dream job?
Teacher improvement is ongoing and a great school will support all its employees to become better teachers. Even if this is the case, we can improve by external discussions on who we are as educators.
Some of my most dramatic improvement was due to discussions with my coaches, mentors.

CV/Resume Development
The design of your CV is essentially your visual introduction, and it has the power to speak volumes about you. What story is your CV telling? Does it vividly showcase the profound impact you’ve made throughout your career? Let’s ensure that your CV resonates with your true potential and accomplishments.
Note
During our in-person consultation, we’ll begin by reviewing your current CV, providing initial feedback, and posing questions to fully comprehend your objectives and intended message. Subsequently, we’ll present several design options for your CV. It’s paramount that the final design aligns seamlessly with your unique personality.
Once we reach a consensus on the design, we will proceed to re-craft and redesign your CV to maximise its impact, ensuring that it authentically represents your professional persona.
Cover Letter Mentorship
Are you certain that you’re employing the precise words and phrases that the particular school is eager to hear? Does your communication convey your potential as a team player, or could it inadvertently send a different message? Let’s work together to ensure your message aligns perfectly with your goals and the school’s expectations.
Note
We’ll closely examine each cover letter in tandem to guarantee that it conveys your genuine intentions, steering clear of artificial or generic language that may undermine its effectiveness. Any letters that come across as generated by an AI or lacking authenticity will be promptly discarded.
Following the review, we will reorganise and refine the content, making necessary revisions, and providing suggestions for additional content to enhance its impact. Your personalized, meaningful message is of utmost importance.
Mock Interviews
Absolutely everyone experiences nerves during interviews – it’s a common challenge. Our goal is to equip you with the essential tools for success. Remember, it’s not just about what you say; it’s equally about how you say it. Moreover, the initial 90 seconds of your interview are absolutely pivotal, and we’re here to guide you on how to make those moments work in your favour.
Note
After your mock interviews, you’ll receive immediate verbal feedback to set the stage, and within the first 24 hours, you’ll receive comprehensive, detailed notes on your responses. These notes will not only highlight your strengths but also provide actionable guidance on how to further elevate your performance, ensuring you’re fully prepared for the real thing.

Situational Coaching/Mentor
Frequently, educators encounter unexpected situations for which they lack a clear solution. Our situational coaching approach involves brief sessions conducted within 24 hours to address specific challenges. This could involve handling situations like dealing with an irate email from a parent, fostering better relationships with challenging colleagues, or finding effective strategies for supporting a child displaying signs of ADHD. Our situational coaching and mentorship are designed to ensure that these scenarios are managed professionally and result in a positive impact.
The pricing for sessions following the free consultation varies based on factors such as the duration, frequency, and the specific components of the customised package we create. While there is a fee associated with my services to compensate for my time and expertise, my primary objective is to support the growth of more confident and successful educators.
